[Overview]
The Flex runs furnished apartments for corporate guests, and built Base360, the software it runs on. Flex Academy turns what they learned into courses, templates and coaching for people who want to do the same.
The site has to sell two programmes, a self-paced Launch course and a 12-week Scale programme, to two very different people.
[The challenge]
Short-term rental courses are a crowded, low-trust category, mostly made by people whose business is courses. Flex Academy's edge is that it comes from a company still running units every night, so the page had to prove that before it asked for anything.
So it leads with the operation: real photography, real numbers (cities live, corporate partners, booking channels) and the playbook itself as the hero, instead of income claims.
[Typography and colour]
Switzer sets the headlines big and quiet, like a printed playbook, with Geist for the reading and Geist Mono for small operator's notes. The colours stay calm, so plum can mark every action and yellow the promise.

[Two ways in]
Someone with a job and no units needs something different from an operator with thin margins and no time. Each gets their own path, with its own price and one clear first step: a free webinar, or a strategy call.

[Proof from the operation]
The Flex, Base360 and the Academy sit side by side with the real dashboards behind them, and the founders are on the page by name.

[Launch and Scale]
Each programme gets its own section, written to where that reader is: keep your job and build beside it, or stop running units and start running a company.

[An honest comparison]
A comparison against YouTube, cheap courses and masterminds, and a plain list of who it isn't for, so the people who do sign up are the right ones.

[The close]
For anyone not ready to talk, a free checklist keeps them close. Then the page asks again which of the two you are, beside a photo frame whose guide lines follow the cursor.
